Identified

We have identified an issue outside of our platform resulting in the degradation of Mastercard Network Tokens and Mastercard Account Updater.

We have also identified an increase of error rates for Payouts to Mastercard Debit Cards. We recommend using alternative brands or bank accounts at this time.

Mastercard Sales, Authorizations, and Captures are not impacted.

The issue appears to be an outage on Mastercard’s side, and we are working together to resolve this.
